The Vice President Professional Development (VPP) is responsible for conferences and professional networking events offered by the CSA. The Vice President Professional Development leads and supports a team including the Business Banquet Co-Chairs, National Business School Conference (NBSC) Co-Chairs, and External Events Coordinators.

Daniel Eng

The Business Banquet Co-Chairs plan and execute the annual Commerce Business Banquet, the CSA’s annual flagship networking event. The Business Banquet Co-Chairs lead and support a committee who assists with all aspects of the event.


Sam Iwabuchi

The Business Banquet Co-Chairs plan and execute the annual Commerce Business Banquet, the CSA’s annual flagship networking event. The Business Banquet Co-Chairs lead and support a committee who assists with all aspects of the event.


Mickael Gier

The NBSC Co-Chairs plan and execute the annual National Business School Conference which hosts business student association executives from across Canada. The NBSC Co-Chairs lead and support a committee who assists with all aspects of the conference.


Leticia Cunha

Yumna Imran

The External Events Coordinators plan and execute the annual CSA Corporate Golf Tournament, Howard Morry Leadership Conference, and Take a Student to Eat (TASTE) program. These events and initiatives are developmental in nature, allowing students to hone their professional skills while having the opportunity to spend time networking with company representatives and senior business leaders.
