Vice President Marketing & Communications

The Vice President Marketing and Communications (VPM) is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns and projects on a broad level for the CSA. The VPM ensures the cohesiveness of the CSA brand across all CSA council events and services as well as STAG events. The VPM leads and supports a team including the Digital Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, four (4) Content Creators, two (2) Merchandise Coordinators, and the Social Media Coordinator.

Joaquin Narvaez

Content Creators work closely with event planners and the Vice President of Marketing and Communications (VPM) to develop a strategic marketing plan for each event or service offered by the CSA. Content Creators develop creative content for all events and services with the exception of those larger events which have their own marketing team.

Therese Ronatay

Carol Girgis

Joshua Herold

Merchandise Coordinators design and purchase merchandise to be sold in the Commerce Connection Store located in the CSA Office. Merchandise Coordinators recruit and train volunteers to run the store and conduct locker sales in the fall and winter terms.


Briana Socha

Yosi Jacobowitz

The Communications Coordinator works with the CSA’s marketing portfolio to connect with I.H. Asper School of Business students on all digital channels. They generate compelling written marketing content on the CSA website, the bi-weekly email newsletter, and occasionally on social media.


Kayla Normandeau

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the CSA’s presence on all major social media platforms. The Social Media Coordinator ensures that the CSA’s message is broadcast to the student body in the most effective manner possible while always maintaining the CSA’s professional image.
