Vice President Internal

The Vice President Internal (VPI) is one of two elected positions on the Executive Council which is primarily focused on internal relations of the CSA. The VPI works with the President to ensure the execution of the CSA’s strategic vision and success of the council as a whole. The VPI leads and supports a team including two (2) First Year Representatives, two (2) Human Resources Coordinators, Indigenous Representative, Internal Relations Coordinator, 2SLGBTQIA+ Representative and EDI Officer.

Syeda Tanha Rishtia

The Human Resources Coordinators coordinates and facilitates human resources-related functions for the CSA.


Sammi Oni

The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Officer is an important role that will be responsible for any and all initiatives developed to ensure that both the CSA and the Asper School maintain a diverse and inclusive community.


Lily Sousa

The Internal Relations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth and operational effectiveness of the CSA’s Student Action Groups. This position assists the Vice President Internal by managing relationships with STAG Presidents, facilitating workshops and meetings, and maintaining constant communication to ensure successful events and professional development opportunities within the business community.


Winnie Carey

The 2SLGBTQIA+ Representative is an integral ex-officio member of the council, bridging the 2SLGBTQIA+ students at the I.H. Asper School of Business with the broader 2SLGBTQIA+ business community. This role focuses on promoting inclusivity within CSA events, fostering connectivity, and ensuring that the interests and visibility of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community are represented within the business school’s activities.


John Lodge

The Indigenous Representative incorporates Indigenous perspective and culture into the events and actions of the CSA.
